_ A generous, if not scatterbrained aether who works closely with ARCADIA and TECK. He sorts and organizes mail and correspondence as well as manages the living quarters for dragons who await ships heading north. He can often be caught stuffing gifts, charms, and notes into his charges' luggage - and is usually very flustered when caught in the act.
