SOL
The Sun • He/him pronouns  Sol is my personification of the sun and possibly all the stars. Helios is the god of the sun in greek tradition, I'd actually planned out the name and fake parent before remembering Máni and Sól so they're actually not connected in this case. Not beyond how connected the sun and moon are anyway. The sun is a star and I haven't quite decided if I want to personify the stars in general separately yet. But the sun is our star as far as the earth is concerned, so I'll have Terra closely connected in fr lore. Though they will all be connected to some extent. While I'd rather not play into stereotypes and gender roles for planetary objects it'll be easier for some of the ideas I have to just refer to the sun as male. Y'know that guy that acts like he knows everything and is really annoying to the point where you wonder why you keep him around? But then he does something so genuine and good you wonder why you ever doubted him? Yeah that's Sol. Mostly cause he can actively read what you're feeling and he's not afraid to remind you. Cosmos takes him with her when dealing with other clans because of this skill but always on strict orders to keep his mouth shut unless it's about to be dangerous. |
Aside from being a general nuisance he does his fair share of chores around the lair. Terra usually likes having him around because "he's entertaining". If she's not monopolizing his time and he's not getting into some sort of mischief you can find him hanging around Freyja. Ever one to keep appearances he'll usually make up some nonsense about the other clan members either boring him or scaring him being too busy. Honestly though he's harboring a major crush. Can you blame him though? Goddess of love and war. What's a man to do?
