Biography
A D H I R A
★★★ QUICK LOOKClan Leader Adhira is the chief of the Stratospark—not because she was elected or even promoted, but because it simply made sense. She prides herself on her efficiency, and decades of experience with the complex technologies of Tempest Spire have left her to be the obvious leader of the clan; no one cared enough to argue after she settled into the role over time. Her disposition leaves her with few friends, and if you ask her, she prefers it that way. She'd hate to waste her time on "friendship" when she has an ever-growing list of tasks to complete. She dreams of the day Stormcatcher asks her to join Him as His second-in-command, personally. |
★★★ PERSONALITY Arrogant and short-tempered, Adhira is most content fiddling with the complex machinery lining the Tempest Spire interiors. Her passionate demeanor leaves little room for doubt that she was raised among Embers, and while she prefers the delicate, dexterous work of electrical wiring, she's not afraid to pull out metalworking skills when she needs them. In fact, the massive copper conductor in the center of the lair is entirely her work. Supposedly, her favourite hobby is maintaining and adding onto her beloved pearl, but the other Sparks are pretty sure her free time is a myth. As it is, her blazing pearl is a reminder of her time in the Ashfall Waste as a hatchling. |
★★★ HISTORY Adhira was found as an egg by an adolescent Coatl from Ashfall Waste. The clan elders initially welcomed her ambition and diligence, but soon "ambitious" became "rebellious" and "diligence" became "work addiction." She was displeased by the clan's reliance on millenium-old blueprints and their refusal to want more. How could they be so happy in the Emberglow Hearth? She hated their complacency. As a young adult, she stubbornly set off for the Shifting Expanse and fought her way into an engineering position in The Source. From there, it was a simple matter of determination. She worked tirelessly, rapidly climbing the chain of command, before being sent off for the Lightning Farm. Stormcatcher granted her a home in a lair called the Stratospark. It had already housed a modest clan, but Adhira was remained bold in the face of senior employees. Why, the Stratospark needed to be re-staffed immediately, she declared! It was a daring order to make as an underling, of course, but the few dragons who remained begrudgingly agree that her changes were for the better. Employee satisfaction went up, technological advancements quickened, and most importantly, efficiency improved! With approval and extra funding from Stormcatcher, Adhira had more ideas for the Stratospark yet... |
