Biography

"You aren't escaping me that easily!" A voice roared.
A small twilight Skydancer came gliding full-speed across the shadowy landscape. Her breathing was heavy with exhaustion, and her purple eyes were dull.
Her attacker was a huge Guardian. His many eyes glowed yellow at her, and his frills were ripping in the intense wind. The Skydancer panted urgently, hurtling towards the ground. Not daring to look back, she heard his roar of triumph. At the last possible moment, the Skydancer extended her wings wide, shedding feathers as she caught an updraft and rocketed upwards.
"RAARGH!" The Guardian bellowed, too heavy to break the dive.
The light dragon crashed into the thorns below, and the shadows swallowed him up almost immediately. The Skydancer suspected that he had landed into the Driftwood drag, and had been surrounded by Shadow clans.
"Oh my stars, that was close!" The Skydancer breathed. "I've ought to find a place to hide."
She glided warily towards the borders of the Plague flight. As soon as she neared the sanctum, an awful smell reached her nose. The Skydancer's wings locked in place, causing her to fall 20 feet to the ground. Once the purple and blue Skydancer recovered, she wrapped her nose in her deep blue shawl.
Oh well... I don't have much a choice. She thought. Then the Skydancer swooped towards the Plaguebringer's territory.
The Skydancer moved swiftly from a Plague clan. She kept her eyes down and avoided the red glares the Plague dragons shot at her. At one point, she accidentally bumped into a Pearlcatcher with branches sprouting from his hidden face.
"Sorry." The Skydancer muttered and continued swimming through the mass of wings. She could still feel the Pearlcatcher's dead stare following her.
With a shudder, she ran into a white linen tent-like stall stained with red blood. The Skydancer grimaced, but ducked under the tent. There was nobody there, but weapons hung from hooks dangling near the top of the stall. She smelled the stench of death, and blinked.
"The Plague of Shadows will unite to destroy the Light of Nature." The Skydancer hissed. "And the eyes of the Rebellion will see all."
At those words, she heard the clacking of claws on stone. The glimmering blue dragon watched in curiosity as a black and red Sandsurge hatchling crept from the darkest corner. Even though the Skydancer was smaller than him, she was not intimidated by his appearance. She was, however, confused at how such a big dragonet could hide in this rickety stall.
