KILLERBEE, THE WANDERER
"Be who you want to bee..."

KillerBee came from a distant lair beyond the Southern icefields. He was born from an abandoned egg, which always made him feel disconnected from the families he saw around him. Perhaps this is the reason why he left his old lair and find a new place for himself. Not wanting a long goodbye, he left suddenly during the night, allowing for only the briefest of backward glances.

He wandered the valleys and plains for a long time and started to feel like a rogue dragon with no lair to call his own. As time passed he grew anxious to find shelter from the elements and roaming Beast Clans. The New Year had started and his first birthday was soon, very soon. He was dismayed, feeling like an important milestone in his life would be passed without anyone noticing or caring

As if the deities themselves had felt his anguish, he stumbled (literally) into a large dragon; an Imperial with golden stripes. The Imperial introduced himself as Arkantos.

Conversing for most of the morning and afternoon, the Imperial listened to KillerBee's story and eventually seemed to understand why he'd left his old home. Arkantos suddenly said "It's not what we are that matters, it's who we are... Look around you, all of these dragons have had their share of hardships. Don't let your troubles define who you are, let yourself define who you will become."

KillerBee was deeply moved by Arkantos, and immediately accepted his invitation to join the Southern Skyway. Upon arriving he was welcomed by the friendly faces he'd seen glancing at him from behind Akantos' furled wings. The next morning after a night of celebration, he was given gifts to mark his special first birthday - including a Shale Thresher friend to always stay by his side. For the first time in his life he felt like he'd found his family.
