yeah so they look scary. sure! they might walk with an odd gait, breathe too loudly or hoarsely, and show too many teeth when they look at you. yes, they are dressed in bones and swing a chunk of sharpened iron more wedge than blade with ease. the nose piercing is a choice, certainly
but he really is quite friendly. he maintains smokesnort's streets, or what remains of them, anyway. picks up debris and carts it out to the middens. clears out old, shattered cobblestones and bricks, giving the large chunks to warpath in case they can be reused. and their favorite part: weed whacking :) put that cleaver to use and TEAR EVERY UNWANTED THING OUT OF THE GROUND
the few hatchlings that live in smokesnort gang up to pull pranks on them, and alioth plays along, letting them sneak up on them only to whirl at the last second and snap their teeth a clawtip away from their noses. they run off shrieking, alioth goes back to his work, and the cycle repeats. fun for all ages
used to butt heads with sproing somewhat but they've gotten a schedule worked out. conflicts may still arise but they can be civil about it anyway
offers his services to aspis and their garden regularly, seems oblivious to how much his presence rankles them
