A mixture of death and life, abundance and emptiness, give and take, beginnings and ends, that was what PassionWing’s home clan looked like more than anything else in the Pox Consulate. It was meant to be a place that would bridge the divide between the Plague and Nature flights, it was supposed to mark the end of conflict, and a wondrous start to PassionWing’s young life.

It was beautiful, at the beginning that is. The young guardian was able to grow up without too much strife, tension sure, but nothing that threatened the stability of her young life. She was quick to follow in the footsteps of her parents: HolyScale and LoveSong, as she became quickly obsessed with protecting others on the field of battle. She dedicated her life to one thing and one thing only, safekeeping those closest to her, and giving them the space needed to grow into themselves.

PassionWing desperately wanted to live up to the legacy her parents upheld, and threw herself into her work to an almost self-destructive extent. It was all in vain though, at the end. Relations between the Plague and Nature Flights deteriorated (so many mistakes, so many things that could never be taken back). In the wake of a near instant total collapse of relations Plague and Nature clans in equal measure began skirmishing with each other (self-contained incidents for the most part). PassionWing’s clan was eviscerated as a result of these conflicts.

In a single night of fury and death her entire home was no more. No matter how hard the guardian fought, she could not stem the tide of raiders that left her home and life barren and bloody. Being knocked unconscious part way through the battle, PassionWing managed to survive by nothing short of a miracle.

For many years she took to wandering, to attempting so desperately to fill the void within. The hate she fostered was intense, but it wasn’t hate she wanted to bear. She knew, deep down, that the Plague Flight wasn’t at fault, that both groups had suffered extensively from what had happened, but she couldn’t help but fail to follow through on those thoughts. Logic had a tendency to fall in the face of tragedy. After losing her initial purpose, after failing everyone and everything, PassionWing was at her lowest point. The Gladekeeper though, gave her a chance to live and blossom once more. PassionWing in a last ditch effort to do some good in the world, to save lives, to provide a home for others, asked for the space to make a clan of her own, and the Gladekeeper accepted her request. PassionWing now rules over the Lily Blossom Sanctuary, and is trying to both heal others, and heal herself in the process.
