This poor dragon noticed one thing while he was still in his old lair… that he was rather hungry… ‘Really, a dragon as cute as me, so hungry… I just hope I don’t I become fodder…’ He thought to himself… but surely a loving and caring owner would come along get him, right… but his dreams were shattered when he smelled the stink of the Plague area… ‘Whoa, you can’t be serious… fodder for the Plaguebringer? Not if I have anything to say about that!’ He thought to himself as he became defensive against Father, all little fans up.. “Look, man, I’m just a little hatchling I don’t want to become fodder for the Plaguebringer!” Charles said as he realized that he was named, fed, and given a little familiar…. “Oh, no, no.. Luvia loves you… she won’t throw you out.. she loved you as soon as she saw you…” Father said in his rarely used calm voice, then turned and left to go back to his own lair.
