Named after the Cortinarius Rubellus, otherwise known as the Deadly Webcap.
The ’sons’(read: successful experiment) of Fester, and the enforcers in the Colony. They are tasked with keeping an eye on the other group members, ensuring they’re truly.. ‘committed’ to the cause. Should a member seem particularly on edge or shifty, Rubellus merely brings them to Fester, who takes great pleasure and care in (re)introducing them to the spores.
Each head possesses a different mind, though both are connected, and can communicate telepathically with each other! The head with the curled, ram-like horns is Rubellus, who is considered the dominant one, doing most of the talking and, in certain situations, the one to suggest action first — as a result, most dragons simply know the being by the name of that head. Though both are fiercely loyal to Fester, Rubellus is much more aggressive in showing his commitment, ready to inflict harm upon those who dare to defy her at a moment’s notice.

The head with the straighter horns is Cortinar(full name being Cortinarius)! Though he’s much quieter, allowing his brother to deal with most conversation, be sure not to mistake his silence for timidness — it wouldn’t be the first time somedrake had been foolish enough to do so; a cunning, observant beast, Cortinar is usually the one to spot troublemakers, and alerts Rubellus to ongoing situations within seconds. He also filters through his brother’s impulsive thoughts to formulate strategic plans that use their combined talents whenever possible.
