But as these realities expand, split, and sometimes even collide, there is still a space between them, a gap between membranes. Some call this the Veil; others refer to it as the Void; and there are more names still for this gap. Regardless of what it’s called, however, one thing is certain – as it resides outside of any universe, it is technically not real. That doesn’t, however, mean that it is not actually there.

And it also does not mean that it is empty.
