The Stunned Glass is owned by Elwy, who both mixes all the drinks herself and secretly runs an underground fight club in the basement of the tavern. Before owning the tavern, she apprenticed under another tavern owner. The name was the first thing she thought of when asked for a name. It is a tavern of modest quality, and its main draw is the drinks.

On a typical day, the clientele at The Stunned Glass are boisterous - after all, most of them are there to either drown their sorrows or to go to the fight club. Those here for the latter need to provide a secret passphrase to Elwy, who opens the entrance hidden in one of the barrels installed on the walls.

The rooms for rent at The Stunned Glass are pretty cramped (given the lack of overall space) and acutely taken care of. In total, there are ten rooms available for rent. The cost for a night's stay is 1500t. Additionally, sounds of cheering, shouting, and fighting sounds echo from the basement of the tavern from the furthest room from the entrance.
