Kuroiro hatched in the middle of no where. Him and his nest-mates couldn't see their parents anywhere, and the pitch black of their surroundings didn't help. Obviously, the hungry hatchlings turned to their egg shells, which were quickly consumed. The group cried out, screeched, any noise they could make they did so.

No response. They screeched and whined for almost 24 hours, before they were about to starve. Kuroiro, being the largest and most bold, decided to take a turn and attack one of the smaller siblings. The other two joined in, and the small one was dead in seconds. Of course, the scent of fresh meat awoke their senses, and they ate the entire thing.

The three surviving hatchlings all were satisfied for a while, exploring the little cave they were dropped off in. Obviously, their exploration lead to more hunger, and one more sibling down. The remaining pair, Kuroiro and his sister, both had to eat somehow. It had been about 4 days since they hatched, and the little dragons still had hunger issues. Eventually, Kuroiro attacked her in her sleep, killing the last of his siblings and eating her.

Being the last one, with nothing and no one left to eat, he resorted back to screeching. In his exploration, he managed to find the exit to the cave. So it was there that Kuroiro sat and screamed, hoping someone would come by.

And someone did. Anahi, otherwise known as LaraRaptor, happened to hear a fellow Wildclaw screeching and instantly came over. Noticing the dead bodies of other hatchlings behind him, Anahi has smirked and taken him right to Laxen, claiming that since he was 'like her' he deserved to serve under her wing.

And so, he did. Taken into the Blackwater Clan, he now lives as a happy dragon.

Of course, he's discovered the joys of females dragons, and takes a liking to flirting every chance he gets.
