Mechanical Construct

A construct powered by elemental Lightning energy who guards the entrance to the Lightning Department building. The glowy Augment bits are filled with pure elemental lightning, and her body is made of a metallic material which Lapis refuses to disclose. Created by Lapis, Marcell and Levina in a competition to see whether Lightning's engineers or Fire's smiths were superior. Forgewarden, Etna and Pele created Agni.
Charged Tungsten Fulgurite Titanium Wrench

Technically has access to a bit of Lightning magic thanks to the elemental energy, but the only ways of recharging her storage tank is to either use the solar panels and piezoelectric generators along her body, or to plug her into the electricity port within the Lightning Department office. Mostly relies on in-built equipment (multiple sensors, a second storage tank / container for emergencies, a Chrome Laser Headhidden within each shoulder, a repair kit, and basically enough tools to rival a Swiss army knife.
