She is Queen Darkmist of the Dark Throne. However, many dragons instead refer to her as "The Dark Throne." Because deep inside the Tangled Wood, there's a vast labyrinth that houses her kingdom's villages and loyal followers. It is almost impossible to conquer, leaving her reign uncontested.

Amusingly enough, most enemies she make aren't even of her own accord.

It's not her fault that others think her labyrinth kingdom is an evil artificact -- a Shade-touched structure meant to be destroyed, to be rid of. That it was illegal for it to be (rumored) larger than the biggest stronghold on Sornieth, Yami's stronghold.

Thus, most of her enemies are wannabe-heroes.

Darkmist had not bothered debunking such rumors. In fact, she thinks it is better for strangers to fear coming to her home. It might even be staving off the Sunreigns' long-rumored quest towards her kingdom.
