Personality: Adventurous, curious, dedicated.

Familiar: Alderamin, a Fallen Streak that protects Cephus and those he loves, as well as finding gems for Cephus' collection.
Role description: Cephus is the founder and leader of the clan. He must manage the clan to the best of his ability but never alone with that responsibility. His adventurous and dedicated personality draws in dragons of all kinds, making them feel welcome.
Hobbies: Exploring, collecting gems, charting constellations, planets, and moons.

Past: Cephus never had a hard time in his previous clan for him to make one of his own with Cassiopeia. Cephus and Cassiopeia, whom he calls Cassie, were the best of friends in their very early days of life. They grew up together and nothing could bring them apart. Cassie came up with an elaborate plan to leave their clan and make one of their own. Cephus was hesitant of the idea at first but went along. It was a long journey to find the perfect location, and throughout that time he began to look at Cassie in a different light. He was falling for her. He loved the excitement in her eyes, and her sense of adventure just like him, sharing the same wonder of the world, and her curiosities that she came across while they travelled. When they arrived, he confessed, and since then they have been together stronger than ever. Having grown up in an arcane clan, he was raised to need the knowledge of the beyond and what was to behold. Cephus made it his life's mission to discover all constellations, planets, and moons. Especially a hyper-fixated curiosity about eldrich horrors and cosmic beings.

Alderamin is a Fallen Streak familiar that he had since he was hatched. It bonded with him very quickly and it would be wise to not separate them. Alderamin slightly acts as an emotional support companion to help with Cephus' stress of running a clan (which is rare).

Present: After the settling of the clan, a few dragons who left their clans found his as a new start. And working together to grow the clan so that it may become the best place for dragons to come from all over the world and call it home. He continues to chart the stars with the hope of finding a cosmic deity.
