Biography
Brightheart is the Charge of Weaver, & will protect the Fae with her life. His name comes from his attention to detail and his tendency to get lost in his crafts.
Weaver is plagued, or perhaps blessed by prophetic dreams. However, these dreams at a young age are what drove Weaver from his original clan. Along the way, he met a massive Guardian and was convinced that he was being hunted for his prophetic dreams. Weaver then flew in a panic until he reached the edge of the Plaguebringer's domain, where he met Firefly. After a minor altercation, the pair discovered that Brightheart meant no harm. She explained that she believed Weaver to be her charge and felt as though she were destined to protect him. During this time, Weaver allied with Firefly, the secondary clan founder.
Years after meeting Brightheart, the two returned to the Brightshine Ruins for a time, where the Guardian inducted the Far to academy life. Weaver was able to formally study dragon medicine and came back as a clan doctor, well-learned in the flora and fauna of Sornieth as so to better guide the clan in matters of the magical and mundane with his partner.
Weaver, like most Fae, has difficulty communicating & even amongst Fae, many find him to be confusing to deal with or scatterbrained when he has recently awoken. He most often can be found entangled somewhere in Brightheart's corner of the lair, sleeping in a heap after staying up all night. His eyesight is weak from birth as an adult, he strongly relies on magic energies to sense and navigate when he doesn't have his glasses. However, Brightheart is almost always nearby to help him when asked. Despite his problems, Weaver is an extremely respected medical dragon within the clan and spends his time carefully studying the effects of medicinal herbs with Sprout. Although he has trouble socializing, patient dragons will find that he is an easy friend who never fails to notice the little things about a dragon and his favorite pastime is preparing treats for his friends. While Frenzy is known for his extremely foul temper, Weaver always knows how to calm the massive Ridgeback down and because of this, Frenzy begrudgingly goes to him for help after arguments and clan in-fighting. Indeed, one could say that Weaver secretly keeps the whole clan together despite his diminutive size.
