Decent magic casting with his element, Light. Desperately hopes to awaken Water magic due to his love of water and marine life.
Born at Lanternlea Port, worked with other people to load and unload ships that came in with goods. Would listen to shipmates and captains stories about sailing the sea and massive rivers in Sorneith and came to love exploring the waters around the port.
Came to The Nexus after getting recommended a fishing job by a friend of a friend who recently shipped goods to them. Went with the ship when they set out to The Nexus.

Extra Notes:
While Coral Crowns are typically reserved for revered oracles in the Waterflight, Galene loved the look of them enough to replicate one, made using the materials he found at the bottom of rivers and ocean beds from his trips to sea.

The fish pattern on his wings were hand painted on by him. Everyone says they look great but he insists they look 'not that good.'

When he finds pearls on his dives he entangles them in his silks, acting as a net and looking fashionable according to him.

Uses his light magic to see in darker parts underwater or when night diving.
