Omio is one of Gabriel's friends. He spends a lot of time with Gabriel, Haze, Rayn, and Teagan. He is the "innocent precious little baby" of the group, and they all protect him. He feels safe around them, and loves the fact that they care about him. He is a very quiet person and doesn't do much. Omio shares his cell with Akame, but the two don't talk much.

He is forced to leave the prison after Kieran attempts to kill him. He goes to Kyras, who calls his father, Jamie. Earlier that day, Omio had talked with Jamie and mentioned how he thought that some people were trying to hurt him. Jamie had told him that if he ever needed help getting out, he should go to Kyras and ask Kyras to call him. Omio is relieved when he leaves the prison, and both Shade and Jamie realize that he's been in prison for so long that he doesn't know how to live normally.
Jamie gived him his own bedroom, and Omio is SHOCKED because he has never seen a large room. He has also never really owned anything, so hearing that something 'belongs to him' is shocking as well. Jamie and Shade later show him around the town, and they end up going into an animal shelter. Shade casually adopts a cat, and Omio falls in love with four dogs. He gets to adopt all four. They come with the names Cupcake, Cookie, Dot, and Mao. He then gets to go to the mall for the first time! He later renames his dogs to Ravage, Pepper, Spice, and Patch. Shade and Jamie help him get a house, which has a massive pool and a large yard for his dogs. There is also a six foot tall wall around the property.

Omio likes to bring his dogs to the nearby park so that they can run around, despite his property being massive. The dogs love it, and usually find other dogs to play with. Omio meets someone, whose name is Xouran.
