Mani has a past. Everyone with common sense knows that. Yet he keeps it so far locked away that no one knows what it is. People ask him why his outfit contrasts so vividly against his skin although the other dragons in the circus match their outfits to their skin. He won't tell them, because what a magician knows best is misdirection and if dragons stay curious as to why he wears green on top of red, they forget to ask him if he's okay.
