Vex - Prologue:

I have finally found the den of the previous researcher Prim mentioned to me before I started my exhibition within the consultant. Suchong, one of the original dragons that traveled here in hopes of being able to utilize the land for a new clan outpost. After reviewing much of the scrolls of their findings that had thankfully been safely kept within this long since abandoned den, I was able to read about how everything slowly became unraveled the more time that was spent within the pox infested landscape. How a few mild symptoms started to get worse and worse until Suchong found himself isolated but refusing to leave this place behind. He seemed hellbent on converting the resources and land here into something sustainable even after it should have become apparent this place was a tomb. I don't know what exactly happened to him, the notes just seem to stop after a certain point. Perhaps he became afflicted, or he eventually gave up and fled. Either way all the information he's gathered here will prove to be useful for my studies.
