Deep in the wetlands of the Labyrinth, there was a clan long ago. Whom meddled with powers from beings long since gone. They used these dark arts to reach another plain of existence, one where the dead could walk forever. Within a garden the leader held so dear to their heart, they carved a statue for these malevolent powers of the dead to reside in. And fester the pool around it with it's magic, to create a pathway from the world of spirits to the land of the living. The dragons of this small clan soon came to regret their deeds after they found their very soul intertwined with this world. Only being able to return to the swamplands in small spurs. Not even time could bring them relief, as this curse that had been placed upon them had been bound to them for all eternity. The leader of this clan guides those who are lost to this pool, hoping to bring them into this world. Trapping them within it's numb and peaceful bliss just as they are.



The water here has special qualities, such as healing properties as well as spiritual ones. But if one would try to take the water with them, it will surely vanish by the time they have left the mire.
