Ink is a strange Mirror who has joined the Guardian pack, not entirely of his own free accord. For he was caught in an act of attempted robbery by Hyperion - almost dying in the process. As part of his "redemption", he was forcibly recruited into the ranks of the Hyperion team, which deals with front-line combat. Work was the only option of salvation for this Mirror, but as time went on, he began to become more familiar with the growing herd, to which he was not too fond at first. Nonetheless, being in the herd and fighting to defend it (which he sincerely loves, that smell of blood, sweat, the feeling of the enemy's sinews rippling) proved far more beneficial than he might have expected.
He no longer had to worry about food, or agonize over communicating with other dragons who didn't even try to understand him. He almost didn't have to talk at all, and no one persecuted him for his impairment, in the form of his long-broken jaw, which had grown badly together, and his vocal cords, which had once been almost completely ruined. Making the main sounds that Ink makes of a strange squawking.
However, there still remains an old savagery acquired from wandering the dark corners of the world and a bloodlust for a life of crime that he is unable to shed. But here in this pack, for the first time in a long time, he feels like a real dragon, not a street criminal driven by bloodlust.
