Ruby for hopeful financial gain this year, Red for good luck
Flint is a strong, durable stone that can be easily reshaped to help us with changes
Plums to make sure bellies stay full and smiles from amazing treats that may be found
Fire to make sure we always have a path when things get dark

I suppose i should start this with the first day of the new year. The day is nearing its end, so now feels right to write lol.

For the start of my new year i am at peace and happy, it has been quite in the home in a very good way. Kids are enjoying their gifts from the holidays, today was the first day of snow fall where i live. it has just been a warm, cozy, and lazy day. We cuddled in the living room, playing video games and enjoying coffees and hot chocolates. Nothing expected of anyone, didn't even do the dishes from breakfast or dinner! xD (will get them tomorrow), for today is a day of rest and happiness. Just happy we made it to the new year.

I hatched an XXY Blue/Blue/Black with Ice Pastel eyes from an unhatched egg i picked up on just an eh moment lol. Super happy but thinking it will be better to sell, i have so many projects to finish xD Wonder how many more of them i can hatch this year. ^.^

Which funny for these colors and the eyes given where i live at the time he was born started the severe weather warning for the amount of snow we will be getting here as well as plummeting temperature. Like he knew what i was seeing through my window that night. He was born at 1am EST which would make his birth date January 19th for me.

Ironic his genes chosen will match with the NOAA colors scheme
of dark and light blue with white.

My one year FR anniversary!!

Time has been flying and i am so happy to have made it this far here. Had a little trip to the doctors so writing this now at the butt crack of dawn lol. Planning to do a lot of sleeping for a couple of days to heal xD

I am happy at what i have been able to accomplish being here on FR. I started a hatchery that hasn't died yet lol. Made 3D dragons that are actually interactive with 3D glasses! They are my joys in having found such a awesome little thing.

Just a few days ago I had not one, but two subspecies approved by the Lightning Flight! (I plan to work on their lores over the next week or so before getting added to the Lightning Flights Subspecies.) I have met so many cool and just outright amazing players here. This past year of FR has given me so much and i am excited to see what the next year will bring.

I am so excited and just got blown away by amazing kindness enough so i have to write about it. I have always enjoyed FR because of this amazing community of players who actually work together in helping others understand so they can thrive here. I find it all wonderful and try to feed into that kindness with my own whenever i am able to help another.

Today i was pinged in the GASP for a stunning skin release. I found it so beautiful and it matched so perfectly for a Skydancer i have had a long time and been looking for a beautiful skin to match her. My snag was it was being released as a limited time run and my payday was two days after they stopped taking slots! A great sadness but something i was going to accept and maybe have a chance to see it on the AH one day to get then.

Went on about my business for a while but hopped on FR and had a new message waiting. An amazing player was beyond generous in gifting me the amount needed to make it into the slots for the skin!

When i say i screamed in excited shock... i screamed.

I am still just whaa in that small interaction, but that truly made my day.. my week even lol. My happiness can not be broken right now, hopefully i will be able to make another player just as happy one day too.

Yall are all amazing people, thank you for being apart of this community!

that was nifty, two special Gen1s hatched so far this year. :D

I am just surprised.. three special Gen1s hatched so far this year, this time an XXY. I think it is funny that the first one hatched this year was born FR date Jan 18th, but the date was the 19th for me for time zones. This time this dragon hatched FR date Feb 19th, but the date was the 20th for me lol.

Maybe I will see an XXX? ;D
