He is the only one who can change his "aggregate state" from a mere mortal to a keeper of dreams. And has two forms of existence: he and she. Let's call him the "Dual god of Sky and Earth." He sometimes watches over and protects the dreams of the dragons in the clan, and then he can report this to the leaders, for example, his good friend dude Error."God" also refused to be the leader of the clan, stating that he could not take care of the entire clan and that dreams were not only for "our" dragons. But he still patriotically monitors the situation, making sure that without him and without connection with the "earthly" world, "our" dragons will cause chaos. Well, he's a bit controversial.
The dream keepers (who only exist there), especially Anaisa, of course, do not like his peculiar "power grab". Can't they handle the riots on their own?! But they have to seek to understand each other.

Then how does he differ from an ordinary dreamwalker? Well, he has more privileges. And, unlike dreamers (who are much more concerned with earthly life than any dreams) and dreamwalkers, he is quite real in the dream world. Does this mean that, hypothetically, he can be killed in dreams and he will not appear in reality? Yeah, but don't worry, he's as quirky as Loki himself.
Fantasy is an adult dragon, but he has a young side to him. And spiral is also a little bit selfish, because he listens to others only when it seems logical to HIM.
(By the way, he stole the Glamorous Scarlet Locket from some joyful dreamer. Let's hope this trinket isn't cursed.)

He despises Remmus a little for no clear reason, and he likes Whirlwind, despite the fact that they have the same strange characters. He communicates with the leaders more in a businesslike style, except perhaps for Error and Yashma (Jasper). Error does not have any special abilities about dreams, but sometimes he sees a Fantasy there, which is not surprising, who works or goes about his business. Disappearing in broad daylight, however, is also normal for Fantasy.
