Recieved as a gift from Moving Wave. She might be the only one he is genuinly nice towards.

Pros: She is one with the sea. Faster and more fluid swimming, blue scales to blend in better, and naturally attracting fish which can be caught and eated by the other crew members.

Cons: She can't stay dry for too long without damage being caused to the scales. And hiding may not fully be possible when fish come swimming towards you every now and then.




History

The destruction of San-Hamago was how this entire mess began. While Conch was lucky to be one fo the eggs rescued and taking down to the south, from how heart broken her parents were she learned early on that another egg, her sibling, had not been found. With the rumors of the Burned stealing eggs going around, it wasn't much of a surprise that Faint Conch began to develop a deep resentment towards them early on. The Deep wasn't much better. She got split up from her parents when there wasn't enough room to house them, and while her parents got put into some land settlement eastward once more, like that was any safe place for anyone, she fled deeper into the southern ocean.

Eventually, she met Moving Wave this way.

An intresting meeting, considered she swam into him while he towered over her, and annoying a pirate? Not the best first impression. There was a fight, and it was her agility which allowed her to escape him at first.

She landed on the Forbidden Isle, taking refuge for a bit, but when she saw Burned owned ships docking south west, she had too much anger built up inside not to take the opportunity.

She told Wave about them, he took the opportunity for his own revenge, and a weird understanding of a mutual foe was born between them. The only problem was what she had also seen when watching the ships be raided. Another Pearlcatcher, looking nothing like her, but a lot like her mother. It couldn't be. She had to know who this Pearlcatcher was. At least talk to her. If she could just get confirmation where she was from, maybe, maybe she had found them, her, the lost egg. But that was easier said than done. While she could gather the Pearlcatcher was the southern gate guard, she wasn't exactly keen on talking so it would be a long time of trying, she knew that.

Explaining the problem to Wave, however, he agreed to help her, making her part of their crew. She helped them with hunting and information, they helped her get to the volcano unnoticed each and every time.

It was her who found Hearty River all that time ago. Not showing herself to him but informing Wave where to find him. They needed someone to be the targeted face for a good while.

And as her own quest continued, their relationship did seem to deepen. There was worse fates in her eyes than ending up with him, at least.
