Born in the Starfall Isles and roaming the Starwood Strand as a hatchling, Ambre and their cousin Eden set off when they were young in search of new kinds of forests and different sorts of life. They managed to find the Viridian Labyrinth and found a home there, Ambre bonding with Syrneas and finding themself adopted as a younger sibling and largely being adopted by Adelinde (definitely a 'cool aunt'!), and using their passion for rocks and minerals to work as both a jeweller and a digger.

Always fond of their home in the Starwood Strand, Ambre's knowledge of the woods became particularly important when they actually moved there - Ambre and their cousin Eden were the ones primarily helping the clan adjust to the new locale. When they moved on to the Windswept Plateau, it was Ambre who chose to carry on the role of Arcane flight representative, ensuring that their ties to the Starfall Isles remained strong.
