Scar from Double Life




Description:

GoodTimesWithScar, also known as Scar, is a
minecraft youtuber! This is based off of his
character from the third season of the Life SMP,
Double Life. In Double Life, he is soulbound to
Grian (shown below) and the two share a health
bar from this point forward.

His skin this season is a Jelly Rancher, because he
has a texture pack that turns all the pandas in
minecraft into his cat, Jelly. This little grey kitty is
the closest I could find, wish there was a better one
lol. The green in this dragon represents his first life (green).

I'm giving him the Aer Phantom because it looks like
a minecraft allay, which he calls his "true soulmate" as
a gag in episode 1 before he realizes that he's bound
to Grian! it's actually what inspired me to make Scar,
& subsequently G.

Description:

Grian is a minecraft youtuber! This is based off
of his character from the third season of the Life
SMP, Double Life. In Double Life, he is soulbound

I'm surprised there's no good turtlenecks on this site,
so I had to make one with a shirt & scarf combo lol.
also, this is the closest I could do for his pants, these
are the perfect color aside from the patch. I scried him
on a female wildclaw bc I like the pose better, also
transmasc headcannon for c!Grian sounds cool. Grian's
normal skin is iconic, but a bit plain for a dragon, so I
added some references to other SMPs that he's been in!

The purple + feathers in this skin are a reference to the
Evolution SMP. In Evo, there are a people called the
Watchers that we see talking but are never shown
physically. The fandom's headcannoned them to have
wings, modelled them after angels (including biblically
accurate ones), and associated them with the color
purple because they lead the players to each new
part of the server using nether portals.

Giving him cherub / seraph + the scarlet macaw
familiar because there's a separate headcannon /
running joke that Grian's just a bird, since he's
super good at flying on an Elytra & keeps collecting
birds on Hermitcraft. People draw him as a scarlet
macaw a lot because the red matches his sweater!

Chrysalis from My Little Pony




Description:

Chrysalis is a changeling from My Little Pony, specifically
generation 4: Friendship is Magic. I'm not familiar with
the earlier generations so I can't say anything about
those, but FiM was one of my favorite shows growing up!

In the show, she was a huge reoccurring villain! I loved
seeing her on screen a ton lol, she had a really cool vibe
and powerset. In my opinion changelings were better in
the earlier seasons, before the whole reformation thing.
That's mainly for design reasons, though. The older fics
were SO fun to go through, back when all we had to go
off of was the fact that they were pony-draining bugs
that needed to eat love to survive. So many good
grimdarks, darkfics, romance, dramas, etc. I really
need to go back and read some of those at some point.

Wait, where was I? Oh right, Flight Rising...

I thought Veilspun would work best with her! For one,
they already give off kinda bug vibes and the hair
fits really well, and for two they have that neat beetle
shell wing cover thing similar to in the show! I know
that apparel is more limited here, but like as a cartoon
bug horse she didn't exactly wear much in the first place.
It'd be nice to find an accent for her eventually, though!

Roman (My original character)




Description:

This is one of my OCs! He's a pirate guy, and he's in
charge of a crew full of mythical beings.... but he doesn't
KNOW that! His daughter's a selkie, his husbands are an
angel and demon (respectively), his dog is half-fish, and
he has a whole lot of other various creatures aboard his
ship. They've all mutually agreed to hide this fact from
him, and wacky hijinks ensue!

Gene-wise, he's pretty plain as he's just a normal guy -
especially in comparison to everyone around him.
His wings are patchwork because, as a pirate, I thought
it'd be neat to make them look closer to sails! I like the
accent I found, because it reminds me of sea foam and
waves! I'm considering getting a female nocturne
(because he's transmasc) & then using a silhouette scroll
to keep the accent, but we'll see when we get there lol.
