Azureflight

"Someday... I'll live...amongst the clouds..."

A mere hatchling Azureflight was, when jadeite light had fallen from the skies, cursing her to be Earthbound until her final breaths. Her skin hardened to stone that fractured and shattered under the slightest attempt to fly.

Cursing the gods, she vowed to regain the ability of flight even if it took centuries, even if it took until her dying breaths. She sought revenge and a way to obtain her lost dreams, journeying through the lands of plague, shadow, and water.

Along her journeys, she birthed the clan of Shadow's Cove, along with her mate, Darkdream. For a while, the violent darkness within her quelled, her bloodthirst and lust for vengeance slowed.

Then, calamity befell her again through the death of her mate.

Distraught and betrayed by the cruel being known as 'fate', her mind latched back on to the only thing she had known since birth: savagery and darkness.

She left the clan she had created, which was now thriving in the realm of the Tidelord, and to this day, continues her mad wanderings for the answers she has always sought.
