Shin

"Hmm? No, we're really close!"

-Mishka's "rival", though he thinks of Mishka as his best friend. That doesn't mean he's oblivious to how Mishka thinks of him, but he tries his best to put him at ease.
-Was raised in the same orphanage as Mishka, but was adopted by inner city folk. Didn't come back to the Outpost until he was an adult, though he never did reveal why he left the cushy inner city to come back to this hellhole.
-After seeing the conditions of the Outpost, made a plan with Mishka and some others to overthrow the current leaders. Mishka would only help under the condition that he could be co-leader with Shin; which Shin doesn't seem to mind that much.
-Uses his position to try and actually improve living conditions in the Outpost, but doesn't seem to know what he's doing entirely. Mostly all he's accomplished is give out free stuff, without actually figuring out anything long-term. The underlying problems are all still here. He tends to ask Mishka for his opinion on how to fix things, but then they always end up arguing without changing anything since Mishka fully believes that if people aren't strong enough to survive on their own then they don't deserve to; while Shin believes that the only way to continue to survive is to band together and trust one another. Both of them are on completely opposite sides of the spectrum, but neither of them are entirely wrong...
-Tends to stand out in crowds due to his fashion choices, especially compared to the more practical residents.
-Despite appearances, is a good fighter and while he doesn't use violence as his first response to things, is very capable of protecting himself. Mostly, he's considered the "smart one" of the two, while Mishka is the brawn. Which is a terrifying thought, considering how airheaded Shin tends to be at the worst times.
-He's not not smart, but his common sense tends to be lacking and he's a bit soft for the wasteland. He tends to use obliviousness as a shield to get out of certain situations though, so its unknown how much of it is an act.
-He really, genuinely does want to improve the Outpost; but his motivations for why is unknown. He's not really hiding it, just no one here cares enough for anything besides themselves, and Shin doesn't like to talk about himself unless prompted to.
-His eyes can be either blue or green depending on how the light hits them.
