Biography
Falterfire; the elder of Aryssa's clan as well as second in command. This powerful sage not only watches after the hatchlings while the others are out to hunt, but serves as the clans adviser and healer. Every now and then he will leave the hatchlings to Sandra while stretching his legs and wings, or joining a hunt.
Falterfire has a single son, Alterwing. His mate Anayu had to leave the clan grounds for fear of being banished from her home, taking their daughter Ciel with her. The fiery dragon enjoys storytelling and taking care of the hatchlings. He often uses his Arcane magic to create little toys and games for the children. Falterfire is very wise and friendly.
His pearl is named Fer'vone, and it is nearly too large for him to hold in his claws.
In the winter, he's often woken up with he hatchlings cuddled into his cloth or against his belly for warmth. This led him to sharing the hatching den with the smaller dragons, making one large nest. Aryssa was alright with the move; as it allowed him to not only get rest but protect the young without a dragon having to stand guard each night.
