Biography
Traveling further down the dirt path, you come upon a stone building with no windows and a sign proclaiming 'Museum' on the front of it.
Stepping inside, you find yourself surrounded by old documents and items protected behind glass cases.
Further away, a desk sits with the title 'reception' on the front of it. . .And behind it curls up a Coatl who appears to be having a panic attack, whispering 'no no no, there's gotta be a way out. . .'.
Check that he's okay.>
Just leave.>

B I O G R A P H Y
Dust was born and raised outside of the forest in the starwood strand, spending his youth with his home clan. He came to live among our clan most recently, having the hardest time out of all new members settling in. Considering he did not join this clan willingly, it is quite understandable his difficulty becoming one with the clan. Eventually, after a while, he founded and opened his own Museum, collecting both artifacts and just plain interesting items which are displayed. During this time, he gained himself a familiar! Sabrine! Dust was quite distressed over his new friend, but he settled after a while, considering the Silkmith his friend and confidant. Today, Dust resides in his museum, still searching for ways to return to his birth clan, ways to escape the twisting wood of the forest. Dust and his soft, skittish nature has earned the affection of one of the young law enforcers - Maraschino - which has resulted in the enforcers hanging around his building more and more, gifts appearing in places that more often than not irk the jumpy Dust. Dust did not willing enter the forest unlike the other adult dragons who have joined. Contrary to the other outsiders who joined, he is unable to find his way back out of the clan's forest, a fact that distresses him greatly. How he ended up here: Dust was happily eating dinner when a Barkskin watcher appeared outside his den, surrounded by strange, floating lights. Curious and seemingly compelled by a force beyond his understanding, he found himself walking after the dryad, following it away from the starwood strand and towards a forest that had not been there the night before. As soon as he stepped a single claw inside the strange growth, the dryad and her entourage of lights vanished, leaving him dazed and looking around, suddenly terribly lost inside the wood. He was found three days later by the clan's Adventures as they returned home. |

There's got to be a way out of here! It's been a month since I first ended up here. . .No matter what I do. . .No matter what compasses I use. . .I can't find my way out. . .I just end up back here. I used to be a respected historian! I had an entire archive of rare books and artifacts! All for me to study! To learn from! I've lost everything. . . Life is. . .Starting to settle a bit into a wrong, but still there pattern. . .I'll find my way out and back home eventually. I swear it. That Imperial is still sniffing at my heels. . .Every day I always see him near my museum. . .Just sniffing around. . .I really don't want the trouble these 'law enforcers' bring. . . Some things in this new. . .Forced life. Are nice. . .The adventurers found out about my love of artifacts and have made an effort to let me have first dibs on what they find. That Guardian. . .The only one in this clan surprisingly, came by to give me a surprise today. . .He had a museum built for me. The dragons in this clan are very sweet and friendly. . .Well, most of them, I would have loved to live here! If I was given a choice. Not forced and trapped here. -At the back of the book is a poster of a Silkmith with the words 'Familiar found! If this is yours, please come get it! - Dust'- |
