History

Muriel had to leave. She was born in the Southern Icefield, but her clan despised the ice and preferred the grass in the Windswept Plateau. She grew up there with the constant battle between the Wildclaws. Her clan was constantly fighting those from the Wandering Contagion. She witnessed many of her close friends fall at their claws, and she never understood why.

She was an outcast among her kind. She wasn't aggressive or enjoyed fighting, but rather hated it. She had been taught by her nurturer, a nature Wildclaw, that life was precious and shouldn't be thrown away. She kept this close to her heart and one day, finally decided to leave. She couldn't lose another friend or bear to see anymore blood.

She made her way to the Sunbeam Ruins. She had heard the light dragons treasured knowledge, so she believed they would be smart enough to understand the pointlessness of constant battles. However, when she got there, she found it difficult to join a clan or make friends. These dragons were intelligent and many of them looked down on her. Rather than sharing their knowledge, they kept it guarded from her, leaving her confused and ignorant. It wasn't until she came across a Nocturne that she found a friend.

Iorangi, or Rangi as he liked to be called, would tell her all kinds of stories he had read. He spoke excitedly, which she later learned was a trait he had mimicked from his clan's leaders. She loved to listen to him speak while also learning more about the world. When she felt comfortable enough with him, she finally asked to join his clan. Together they asked Amaya and Kace, who both agreed to let Muriel become part of the Solar-Star clan.

Now

Muriel is now in charge of the nursery for hatchlings. She loves and takes care of them, and hopes to one day have a child with her mate Rangi. She also takes care of any of the dragons that may get sick or injured. She doesn't get along with the warriors as well, because she despises their job. She wishes they would choose a different path that wasn't fighting.
