Thornessa

Thornessa is drawn to nature and studies plants and herbs of their properties. Instead of turning in gold for potions, the clan thrives on her natural remedies. The downside is that her 'experiments' often end with a pungent odor and thick smoke. The clan could be worse off without her so nobody minds. Especially since she can detect an illness coming on before any obvious symptoms show- saving many lives including Jaysong from pneumonia.
There is a mysterious magic surrounding her work, and none can explain it specifically, but there is reason to suspect that she draws it from the nature around her. Being attune to the plants as a regular Lightning dragon would be to machines, it wouldn't be a surprise if this was true. Despite her Lightning affiliation, she is well respected and welcomed by the Nature community- often going so far to invite her to their domain for further studies and teachings.
