Biography
Currently using this derg for notes only! Don't mind him!
The Nova Archives are led mainly by Thistel and Iris, when they die their children are gonna be the ones to "own" the Archives (think of it as like, a musem of some sort), but the one to lead may change in a democracy of some sort.
So, the owner is always the children of Thistel and Iris, or themselves. But the manager (clan leader) may change.
Dragons of the Archives have several jobs, which are also their field of study. A hunter, for example, may write about what they do and whatnot. Alternatively, they instead tell others of their jobs, so it can be studied.
The Archives are a "neutral" clan, they accept any flight into their ranks so long as they're willing to devote themselves to seek knowledge in any way, shape or form, no matter where said dragon came from. However, they will defend their clan from any incoming attack - don't underestimate them, for even though they are nerds who study a lot, they're also formed from Thistel and Iris - a devoted scholar and a devoted warrior, who share knowledge between themselves and others.
As a result, many if not all Nova dragons know how to fight.
-The clan was founded by the progenitors from very different backgrounds, Thistel wanted to know all the world had to offer, Iris wanted to know how to fight all the world had to offer, so while explorers go out with new tactics suggested by the Archives, the scholars learn about and study what said explorers told them;
-The current leaders are the founders (though, assuming dragons live for a very long time, they are here for quite a while now);
-They found a fallen tower sitting atop a tall mountain, so tall it felt like you could reach the stars, so tall it almost had no difference between day and night. It seemed to fall victim to a previous war of sorts
-Any dragon can do whatever they please as long as they provide the Archives with any resource - so long as this resource has knowledge with it too.
-The Nova Archivists are not religious
-They embrace strangers and always invite them in! After all, they could have many tales to tell
-Some do, some don't. There are dragons who explore all of Sornieth only to return many months or years later.
-Nova Archivists mostly communicate amongst themselves, if they must speak to another clan they'll send a courier, otherwise, they wait for others to come to them. There's always someone who needs help of some sort, after all.
