If you were to go to Twice Spiced Tavern, you might not even remember that Anise was there. Your attention is likely to be all on Coriander as Anise fades into nothing more than a pattern on the wall, even despite her size. That's okay though; that's exactly how Anise likes it. Her good friend Coriander can play fateweaver while Anise makes sure Coriander doesn't take it too far.

The long nights that Anise and Coriander spend brainstorming riddles are nights that she loves, though she'd be hesitant to admit that. Once they've agreed upon a good quest, Anise will go out to verify that the Macguffin of the quest really exists, and is realistically reachable. Anise enjoys this time to herself, and must say that it's nice to take a step away from her friend's antics. Yet Anise always returns to Twice Spiced Tavern, and couldn't imagine life without Coriander.
