Art Notes: Eyes are Ice Dark Sclera with his iris having a faint glow. Dense Waterproof Penguin Feathers on ENTIRE body. Wings are FEATHERED. Has the Raptor Accurate Arm Feathers.
Skin "Clouds" are his Frost Powers.
HALO IS OPTIONAL. Aura and Winter Wind are required with his Skin "Clouds."

His Skin was a 10 Print Limited Custom. I will not be parting with it.
