-loves to make noise. Is constantly clapping sticks together
-he learned so late that he could actually use his first pair of hands. Poor boy was grabbing things in his mouth and aggressively headbanging with them to make noise... And hitting his head against everything
-he suffered bad headaches from hitting his head off things until Observer managed to communicate that his hands can also grab things and aren't just for show and extra movement
-he still hits his head off things, though. It's basically ingrained in his head (that or it's the brain damage. One of the two)
-very fast and very flighty, but not the scared flighty
-he just zooms around when he feels any strong emotion. If he's happy, he's tying himself in knots like a spiral. If he's sad, he's wriggling around on the floor. If he's mad, he's slithering back and forth aggressively
-very exaggerated movements. He throws his wings all over the place while speaking and has hit multiple other dragons during conversations because of this
-"he's a 10, but he hits his head off of the wall all the time." -Observer if she could speak
