The Retired Leader
Michael used to be the leader of the clan, having since passed that title onto Zircon. He is a nervous dragon with an obsession with ferrets. His forever familiar is Sydney, the Silver Ferret. Sydney is his best friend and most trusted companion.

His mate is a male Skydancer named Jacques who resides in another clan. They meet up often and spend their days together, often laying in the sun to nap or simply out enjoying nature.

Mike is very close to many of the dragons in the clan, Bird being the closest. She cannot speak (only makes bird noises) and he translates for her. Almost everywhere he goes, she is wrapped around his neck or tail, or even curled up in his chest fluff right with him, happily making her little peep noises.
Many still respect his authority despite him no longer being in charge. He's often the one to stand up for Zircon when someone questions one of his decisions. They two have bonded as close friends over the years and Zircon still goes to him for advice.

He cannot see without his nerd glasses perched upon his snoot. They are the only piece of Apparel that is required for him to go about his day.
