Lives in one of the many abandoned ships dotting the dusty plain. He throws near-constant parties, even when there’s nobody around to join in. Hundreds of bells, chimes, and baubles hang from tethers painstakingly wrapped around the ship and the outcropping it’s moored upon; when windstorms roll over the basin the whole place rings. Probably the happiest guy in the entire basin—or at least the most content with his lot. Nobody’s managed to figure out whether he’s cursed, or just… enjoys it here. He seems unaware of this speculation.
In an on-off relationship with Bermondsey. Juno sees it as a relationship, anyways.
