• He's almost always the first one to greet the scavenging party upon their return so he can grab what he can before anyone else gets their hands on it. If he wants iron or any of the other metals used in armor, he has to brave Luxe's temper and incredible possessiveness. If you ask Luxe, Yarrow is just one big annoyance, but if you ask anyone else, they'll tell you he's just excited about having more materials for his work and that he's not really that bad.

• Now that his mate is gone, he's largely unable to communicate effectively and often resorts to wild gesticulating to try and get his point across. Helena was able to teach him basic phrases and words in common before she moved on, but unfortunately it wasn't enough. Due to this, he's started to resort to just kind of slinking around and grabbing things he needs without communicating much. Fortunately, he remembers which clan members have the patience to deal with him and which don't.

• He allows Berry to have first pick of his jewelry creations. Oftentimes she finds ways to incorporate his work into her own work and he's more than happy to give her a constant supply of trinkets and baubles in varying colors and designs.

• Unlike most coatls, he doesn't understand the fear behind dull plumage, and so he's always been largely okay with Desdemona. He used to run interference with Des' interactions with other coatls because they had been varying degrees of mean to her in the past, but since then, Des has started to defend herself.
