Forthwind

Forthwind is an aged dragon well versed in the arts of magic. She was Fireborn and has since moved to Plague lair, wherein she resides with her clanmates. Despite her small stature, her knowledge of magic arts helps her to undertake many callings, one of which is as the clan’s healer. One can find this Fae female tending to wounds of dragons many times her size. She may be knowledgeable but that comes at a price – she is physically weak.

The adornments she wears serve a purpose other than making her look pretty – the soft fur helps to cushion her whenever she falls and the metal wings help to steady her in flight and prevent her from falling. The silks are just there for aesthetic purposes, a piece of apparel she’d found scavenging the lands.
Her crimson and brown hues enable her to camouflage amongst the reddish earth where the clan resides for there have been dragons that have tried to eat her.

And while she is Fireborn, she feels that she is more aligned with the element of Wind, hence her name and the swirling Autumn Breeze that follows her, a result of her dabbling in magic. Her familiar is a GoldThroated Sparrow called Mint, a cheeky creature that never hesitates to annoy her. She tolerates the familiar for it sings most beautifully when fed. She has had children, all of which she cares for but has no qualms about them leaving her clan. So go forth, dear Forthwind.
