Born with a curse of dire misfortune Melphomene has resided, almost exclusively, in temples and other such holy places. She is devoted to these spaces, being the only places she is spared from her curse, and has found peace and prosperity in guiding those that wish it through prayer and rites, knowing each variation and type by rote. Even if she may not leave the clans’ temple without consequence, she does not want for company with other temple guardians flitting the halls and her mate, Rapture, visiting often. Through sanctifying the temple she provides herself sanctuary.
