Your Caesar looks fantastic! Coatl is the perfect breed for him. The apparel layering and color balancing with him is nicely done. It is the perfect colors to reference his soft, yet vivid main attire. I particularly like the layering you did with his head. The Cloudberry Plumed Headdress a great alternative for the wings, and it meshes so well with the skincent. And the skincent itself is so good on giving a very cohesive look, one that makes him soft and angelic looking. Even the speckles of stars look as if they are bubbles, and it compliments Caesar's character and the Water Aura.
