Atacama

Little did Cypher's ancestors know, the Darktempest Expansion Project did eventually reach completion. Not by the main group, but rather a group that split off from them long ago. They continued their work in secrecy, and eventually, strange tunnels spanned all across the Tangled Wood. Contrary to the project's original goal, many of these tunnels are used by dragons of the Shadow Flight today. Merchants of the guild Darktempest serve as their guides, though they seem to be hiding their true intentions. While Darktempest employs dragons of all shapes and sizes, they all receive their orders from their mysterious leader, Atacama. No one has ever seen her face and lived to tell the tale. And to be honest, not even their own merchants know Darktempest's true goal.

Atacama has lived for a very long time. An ancient curse has made her body more akin to a statue, forever frozen in time. It is this curse that keeps her determined to keep Darktempest in operation through whatever means necessary. Her messages go through her Project Manager, and her Project Manager relays messages to her. She no longer remembers all of their faces, but she considers them trustworthy all the same. After all, they ensure Darktempest does not fall into the wrong hands.
