Albert Wesker, from the Resident Evil franchise! Despite the fact that I've not played or watched playthrough of most of the games (which I'm slowly trying to remedy), I do know Wesker's storyline.

Triple obsidian with glowing fire eyes seems like a solid fit for his design!
