CaSeto is the second lieutenant of the clan guard and is in command of the night shift. He is reserved and serious, though whether this is his true nature or mimicry of the guard captain remains to be seen. Though a smaller species of dragon, he possesses many assets for carrying out his duty. He is able take down dragons of equal or lesser size through agility and precision, striking before the opponent knows what hits them. With larger dragons, CaSeto uses a combination of cunning and self-made toxins to immobilize opponents. He tries to avoid direct confrontation wherever possible and will only use lethal means as the last possible course of action.

True to Nocturne nature, CaSeto has a strong tendency for mimicry. He has learned to apply this natural behavior to his guard duties with great efficiency. He can mimic the voices of other dragons, leading opponents in any direction he wishes. Other times, he will mimic local wildlife to lure opponents into a false sense of security before striking. He can terrify opponents with the call of a formidable beast or confuse them with echoes and whispers that seem to bounce off the foliage in every direction. He is the voice in the night.
