-With recent discoveries in the course of the research done here at SAR, the higher ups have finally decided it's time to consider the declassification of the anomalies known as "Veilspun". As part of this process, they have decided to slowly start reintroducing select members of the contained swarm into normal society whom they've designated to be of the lowest risk of magical complications. The Veilspun known as Mars Volt is part of this group. With a keen interest shown in modern technology, they were given a brief education and training on maintenance for much of the tech used in the SAR facility, and allowed a job as one of the lower clearance maintenance staff. They have been allowed to have their own living space outside of the facility, and report in weekly on their coming and going, same as their caseworker. They seem to be adjusting just fine to the change, even if they don't get along the best with other staff, but they've never broken any rules set in stone and their tiny size makes them incredibly helpful with all those very tiny, delicate repairs that complicated machinery often needs. We're very confident in their progress and the future for the swarm.
-Mars isn't a particularly social type. Most SAR staff have found themselves rather antisocial since either the hire of Mephistopheles or talk of a saboteur started floating around the facility, but Mars makes a point of it. No one can blame them, considering their position, but their bluntness and lack of care to socialize does make them come across as rather rude to most. Especially since they're a bit of a ruleshound.... not for anyone else though, mind you - genuinely they would pretend to have never seen anything if they caught you breaking the rules. But they themselves are very careful to follow them to the letter. Not just SAR's rules though, is the issue. In their time free, they've become rather educated about the Starfall Isle's labour laws, and it's proven to be kind of a pain. They refuse to work more than their alloted hours, do anything outside of their specific role and paygrade, they take every holiday they're legally entitled to regardless of what's happening at the office, aaaaaand higher up has kind of just accepted it since they are technically abiding by the rules and it's far better to see them making an active attempt to integrate into society over simply using magic to get their way..... Every intelligent being has a right to be as stubborn as they want. And Mars, full of spite towards SAR, intends to be just that.
-Not Partnered, would make the whole situation a bit complicated.
