Section III. An Order? Why would Torment choose an Order under the deity that made them slaves? Why should he care when their deity did not? He wanted to choose a different purpose and so he left in search of it; coming across the Traveling Breeze. All he knew was how to be a “jailor”, though to more than just Shades, and so he was offered a position by Treya to “put his skills to use” as she would say. He quickly accepted and found himself enjoying the new leadership and job as it fit jussst right for who he is. However, Torment quickly found that he was being hired to keep the scales of power in his boss’ favor but he did not mind. If anything, he supports her in her quest for power.

Treya || Treya is Torment’s boss and he will only listen to her orders. He is fiercely loyal to her and will never question her intentions when he is given a job though acknowledges internally she is not the most “kind”. That does not stop him as he himself is also not as “kind”. When his contract ended he decided to stay as her “jailor” though he has become more of a personal than overall one.
Malaya || Torment is quite upset that there is another jailor. He can do his job just fine however, he was relieved when Malaya was working under the other leader, Osian. Malaya’s style of handling jobs is too soft for his liking and wastes too much time. If they have the same job he will respect her just to get it done, but if they are not he tends to fight with her often but it stays vocal.
