Biography

Andreyevich is the second leader of the unnamed flight. In the wake of a great, terrible tragedy that had left his home and many children, friends, and family dead, he left his homeland with his mate, Lamp, at his side. Despairing, and with no hope and nothing left to live for, the pair had decided to find a place to pass away together, followed by their surviving and ever loyal advisors, Screw and Yi.

It's not known just how long the pair traveled for, or how many times they were turned away from former allies, before they eventually found themselves crossing some strange desert. Deep at the heart of the desert, the dragons became lost in the haze, eventually finding themselves gazing upon a mountain in the hazy distance, occupied only by a strange mirror who sat on the edge and kept to the ground as the hot winds swept past. It was desolate and quiet. Only the unending winds kept the air from becoming too stagnant. The two had found the only place they would ever call home again.

Lamp's grief was beyond help. Not he, nor their advisors could bring her out of it as she let her tears rain into the wind. He stood by patiently, but began to scope out the mountain they had landed upon as he quickly observed that they were not alone. The dragons at the base of the mountain were beyond help. He observed the daily fights, the cannibalism, and the piles upon piles of bones left picked clean at the end of the night. Despite the threat, he no longer cared - he would always protect those who followed him, but he felt little will to fight any longer.

As the years passed, Yi would bring hatchlings left in the first by the feral dragons below, who would hatch out into dragons, who would leave for new lands. Over the years, more lost souls ended up on the mountain, dazed, broken and hurt rejects who belonged nowhere else. Andreyvich began to feel a newfound sense of protection over these dragons, a new desire to help alleviate their pain, to give them guidance. In a sense, he felt, it was like he was looking into the eyes of his own children who had been reborn in a world they could not fit into. And, over the next decade, he developed deep friendships and loyalty with themselves who chose to stay.

The winds eventually calmed and allowed the sky to open up, exposing the vibrant blue that neither had seen in years. At this point in time, the two had found peace. The land had found peace, and was entering a new period in time where madness had no place. He couldn't explain how, yet he felt as if somehow, not only he had found sanctity here- but that the desert was some strange living, breathing entity that had also found peace as those in the flight had healed.

The lone mirror who had stood motionless atop of the mountain for so many years retreated beneath the mountain to slumber away- but not before silently offering Andreyvich the chunk of gold that had been clutched in her claws for all this time. As he took the gold, he understood that now, he was to lead this flight. To where, he wasn't sure- but he knew he had to maintain the peace here, to release those who wanted to leave from the desert's hold.
