Archie swears to the Tidelord that he was born into the wrong flight. He feels like he was born to be around water. Maybe he was in the Water Flight in a past life. Or maybe a Guardian. Regardless of his current flight or breed, Archie spends most of his time in or around any body of water he can find, not only because he loves it, but because it's his job! He's the most skilled fisher in the clan, using his Noggle to gather fish from the depths, and his feathered tail to lure unsuspecting fish on the surface.

Archie loves hanging around the other Guardians of the clan. They make him feel more at home and accepted. He's also very good friends with Cordelia, and they often fish together. Are they more than friends? Maybe. No one is really sure. Archie has also maintained a very close relationship with his parents, since they live in an allied clan. The only one dragon he doesn't get along with is Andre. Andre, the clan scavenger, enjoys making Archie's job difficult by having his Death Seeker swoop into the water and scare all the fish away.

Archie's personality is just what you'd expect from a fisher dragon. Laid back and care-free. He can often be heard whistling from his fishing spot. Some dragons find it charming, while others, for example, Tenor, can't stand it. But even though he may always seem happy-go-lucky, Archie isn't very happy with his appearance. His body just feels, well, wrong. He hopes to one day earn enough from fishing and be able to afford a Breed Change: Guardian scroll. He has only confessed this to one other dragon, Cordelia.
